Group buying/local daily deals category contributes to Dedicated Media’s revenue increase
Los Angeles, CA (March 22, 2011) Dedicated Media, a premier advertising network since 2004, today announced that is has been named to comScore’s Media Metrix Top 50 U.S. Web properties list for February 2011 released today.
Dedicated Media appeared in the 42rd spot in the Ad Focus Rankings above established web giants like Amazon, MTV and CNN.
The digital measurement company, comScore, compiled its data from their Media Metrix service which determined that Valentine’s Day purchases, tax preparation services and Super Bowl ads helped propel the gains. The flowers/gifts/greetings category drew more than 30 million Americans in February, up 18 percent from the prior month while the tax category attracted 33.1 million visitors, up 24% from January.
In addition to ecommerce retargeting in the Valentine’s and tax categories, some of the advertising network’s recent success also can be attributed to the significant growth in the group buying/local daily deals category. A recent report by daily deal aggregator Local Offer Network estimates gross U.S. revenues will increase by 138 percent to $2.7 billion across the industry in 2011.

Digital media-verification company, DoubleVerify, compiled the list by analyzing more than 150 advertising networks for levels of non-compliance comparing the first half of 2010 to the second half. Benchmarks included ads served out of inclusion, alongside inappropriate content, ads served internationally, alongside a competitor, multiple ads from the same advertiser served to the same customer and ads served below the fold.
The analysis showed that the networks ranking in the top ten were compliant about 98% of the time, outperforming lower tiered networks by as much as nine times.

Dedicated Media Announces Office Relocation and Expansion
New York, NY (January 28, 2011)—Dedicated Media, a leader of online media services since 2004, today announced an office relocation and expansion. The Los Angeles-headquartered company has moved its Manhattan sales office to 210 West 29th St, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10001.
The move stems from Dedicated Media's need for additional space to accommodate growth in demand for the firm's services. The office has more than doubled its square footage with the move.
